HEMY AND ONYX INISISTED ON following me to the Walk Of Shame, knowing damn well that I was hesitant and close to backing out of coming tonight.

They can’t fool me, I know they’re going to somehow try to get me into Stone’s private room with him.

Not happening. I’m smart enough to know what will happen if he gets me alone.

The jerks are teaming up on me, and I’m not so sure that I like it. Apparently, they’ve all grown fond of the idea of Stone and I possibly becoming a couple.

Maybe they see what we’ve been trying not to.

“Hey, Kage.” I wink at the sexy security guard as he places his hand on the small of my back and guides me behind Hemy and Onyx, over to the VIP area.

“Keep winking at me and I might have to keep you to myself now that Stone’s out of the picture.” He grabs a strand of my hair and smiles. “Very hot. I like my women wild looking. I bet we could have a lot of fun.”

“Back the fuck off, Giant,” Hemy growls out, while looking his six feet six frame up and down. “Don’t you have a door to watch or some shit?”

Used to Hemy being a dick, Kage lifts a brow at him and smirks. “Can’t help it if the hottest ladies in the club got my attention, Man.”

“And I can’t help it if I rip your motherfucking dick off.”

“Hemy! Enough!” Onyx grabs Hemy by the back of the shirt, pulling him back to sit next to her on the couch. “Leave his dick alone. He’s gonna need it tonight.” She winks at Kage. “We got your back. Thank you, Sweetie.”

I have to admit; being here and watching Hemy be all caveman and overprotective makes me laugh, reminding me of old times.

It used to drive me crazy when he treated Stone that way in the beginning and seeing him act this way now, shows me just how crazy his ass will be if I ever decide to go on a date.

Poor fucking guy . . .

“Can’t take you anywhere, Big brother,” I tease as I take my seat. “Now get us ladies some drinks and tell Sara hi for us, Mr. Rude.”

His stripper instincts kick in, causing me to look anywhere but at him as he straddles Onyx’s lap and grabs her face, making out with her.

When I turn back around, he stands up and licks his lips nice and slow. “I’ll be right back. If any of the boys come over, tell them I said to fuck off.”

“Seriously?” I scoot next to Onyx and link my arm with hers, as Hemy leaves us. “Is he ever going to give up and stop being a dick to every guy? He’s so damn alpha.”

Onyx shakes her head and smiles. “Nope . . . and I love it. Hemy will be Hemy and that’s exactly why I keep his sexy ass around. That and because his . . .”

“No!” I yell. “I will slap you if you mention his .
